Terms of delivery:
Our prices are not-binding and get on incl. 19% of value added tax. The
delivery occurs ex works or from supply depot.
The cargo-all-inclusive and packing charges-all-inclusive for deliveries within Germany amounts per order
/ to delivery: 8.00 € incl. VAT with the orders are to be taken into
consideration possibly packaging unities.
The dispatch occurs on calculation and danger of the customer. Pattern
orders cannot be taken back!
Payment terms:
Payment: Precash after calculation preservation. Minimum order value 30.00 € order.
With default we are entitled to calculate interests on arrears. With first orders we deliver by cash in advance.
The product remains our property up to entire payment. Place of fulfilment
and legal venue for both parts is the address called in the imprint.
